REFUND POLICY (DigitivaHub)

This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through the DigitivaHub marketplace operated by Proxima Market LLC.
Because DigitivaHub is a platform facilitating the sale of digital products, our policies reflect the immediate and irreversible nature of digital downloads and access.

1. General Policy: All Sales Final

Due to the digital nature of the products, content, and services sold on DigitivaHub, all sales are considered final. Once a Digital Product has been downloaded, accessed, or digitally delivered, we generally do not offer refunds, except as required by applicable law or as specifically outlined in Section 2.

2. Refund Eligibility (Exceptions)

Refunds may be granted at DigitivaHub's sole discretion under the following limited circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: You did not receive access, the download link, or the product delivery email, and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.
  • Major Defects: The digital file is corrupted, technically unusable, or materially different from the Vendor's description, and the Vendor is unable or unwilling to provide a fix or replacement.
  • Unauthorized/Fraudulent Charges: A purchase was made fraudulently using your payment information (subject to verification).

Note: Remorse, finding a cheaper alternative, or lacking the necessary software/skills to use the product do not qualify for a refund.

3. EU/UK Consumer Rights (Right of Withdrawal)

If you reside in the European Union or the United Kingdom, consumer protection laws typically grant a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase.

However, by completing a purchase for immediate digital delivery on DigitivaHub, you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the contract
and acknowledge that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal the moment the download or digital access begins.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you meet the exception criteria, you must follow these steps:

  • Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Step 1: Contact the Vendor directly (via the platform or their provided support email) to give them a chance to resolve the technical issue.
  • Step 2: If the Vendor cannot resolve the issue, email support@digitivahub.com. You must include your Order ID, the email used for purchase,
    and a clear explanation of why the product is defective (including screenshots if applicable).

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We ask that you contact our support team to resolve any issues before opening a dispute with your bank or credit card issuer.

  • Initiating a chargeback fraudulently, without merit, or in bad faith violates our Terms of Service.
  • DigitivaHub actively contests unwarranted chargebacks and reserves the right to permanently ban your account and IP address from the marketplace for chargeback abuse.

6. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account.
