All vendors and products go through a review process before being published to ensure originality, compliance, and marketplace quality standards.

4. What kind of products can I sell on DigitivaHub? 

High-value digital products such as:

• AI tools and automation systems
• professional templates and business resources
• masterminds or premium educational programs

Products must be original, provide clear value, and pass our quality control review.


5. What are the platform fees for vendors? 

DigitivaHub operates on a marketplace revenue structure where approximately 30% of each sale covers platform infrastructure, payment processing, and operational costs.

The remaining revenue is distributed between vendors and affiliates depending on the commission structure defined for the product.

6. How do I become a vendor? 

The onboarding process involves a 24-hour application review, followed by a product quality check (QC) to ensure no plagiarism and proper commercial rights. Once approved, you can upload your products and start selling.


7. Are vendors required to provide customer support?

Vendors are responsible for supporting customers regarding the content of their products.

DigitivaHub provides platform support related to payments, technical access, and marketplace operations.

8. How much commission can I earn as an affiliate? 

Affiliate commissions typically range between 30% and 70%, depending on the product and promotional strategy set by the vendor.


9. Can affiliates promote any product on the platform?

Affiliates can promote approved products available in the affiliate dashboard using their unique tracking links.

Payments & Refunds


10. When and how are payouts processed? 

Payouts are made monthly, with a cutoff date on the 25th of each month. The minimum payout threshold is $100. Please note that a 10% reserve is held for 90 days to ensure platform stability.


11. What is your refund policy? 

We offer a 7-day refund window for cases where the product was not delivered or technical access was not provided.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds may not be available once the product has been fully accessed or downloaded.


12. How do you handle chargebacks? 

DigitivaHub manages and responds to chargeback disputes on behalf of vendors.

If a dispute is successfully resolved in favor of the platform, recovered funds are redistributed according to the platform’s internal recovery policy.
